I recently became an ambassador for nutrasumma by winning a #recipeupgrade contest that they featured on Instagram back in December. The idea was to use their protein powder and step outside the box of making the standard go-to shake or smoothie. I always love a food cooking challenge so I created 5 different recipes using several of their protein flavors, both sweet and a savory. Below are the 5 creations I did. This was a post-contest dish but thought I would share the easy recipe!
Chocolate Protein Oatmeal
- 1/3 cup of Quick Rolled Oats
- 1 scoop nutrasumma Chocolate Protein
Cook oats first then add protein powder. Slowly add additional water as you mix in the protein to get the perfect oatmeal consistency that you prefer! I topped it with mixed berries, chopped nuts and mini vegan chocolate chips.
I received a handful of products in my welcome ambassador kit! I am most excited about these two below and taking them on a consistent basis. I will be writing up a review on them in a few weeks, as anything takes time to work into the body. I must say that only being 3 days in, I am quite happy and liking them!
